Classes

Apple Plus School was set up in 2008 and was previously known as Yi Quan Language School. The school has successfully organised various international Children Art and Calligraphy competitions. This has won the school accolades for their efforts in promoting the Arts. The school also works closely with the grassroots by being involved in organizing various events for Bishan Resident Committee (RC), Punggol RC and Punggol Community Centre. Some of the events that were held were Chinese New Year Dinner and Mid-Autumn Party.

To provide a holistic education for the children, the school has various classes namely calligraphy, art, abacus and Chinese enhancement. The school places its emphasis on Chinese thus its teachers were educated in China’s top colleges and have vast experience in teaching. Being a student centric school, the school is willing to waive off part of the class fees if the students have difficulty in paying.

The school believes that passion plays a huge role in the success of a person. Hence, the school aims to create a positive environment to motivate students to be passionate about learning. This would help them to realise their full potential. Through the hard work of the teachers, students and parents, the school was able to achieve astounding results. 80% of the students were top performers in their school and 60% of the students showed and increased interest in Chinese.
